Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Glimr collects when you use the app, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
Account details: your name, email address and profile picture, as provided by the sign-in method you choose.
Photos you upload: the photo of yourself and the photos of garments you add to try on, and the try-on images made from them.
Purchase details: which plan you bought, when, and its status. Card and bank details are entered with our payment partners and never reach us.
Basic technical data: device type, app version and request logs, used to keep the service running and to stop abuse.
How we use it
To make your try-ons, save your looks, and show them back to you.
To manage your plan and count the try-ons included in it.
To answer you when you contact support, and to keep the service secure.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your photos for advertising.
Who we share it with
Your photos are sent to an AI image model provider to generate the try-on image.
Sign-in is handled by Google Firebase. Payments are handled by Razorpay (India) and Dodo Payments (other countries). Images are stored with our cloud storage provider.
These providers process data on our behalf, for the purposes above only. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account, photos and looks for as long as your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete them, apart from records we must keep by law, such as payment records.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything in it by writing to priyanshutiwary711@gmail.com.
Upload only photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed to it.
Children
Glimr is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
