A try-on looks wrong

Try a clearer photo of yourself: good light, facing the camera, with the part you are trying on in view. For clothes, a full-body photo works best. For the item, use a photo of it on its own, like a product picture from a shop.

Results are generated images, so they are a guide to how something will look, not how it will fit. If one keeps coming out badly, email us the details.

Restoring a purchase

If you bought a plan and the app does not show it, sign in with the same account you used before, then open Settings and tap Restore Purchases.

Cancelling a subscription

On iPhone, plans are billed by Apple: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel there.

On Android, open Settings in Glimr and cancel your plan there.

Either way, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Deleting your account

Open Settings in Glimr and tap Delete account. This removes your account, your photos and your looks. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription, so cancel that first.

Your photos and data

Your photos are used only to make your try-ons. The Privacy Policy explains what we keep and why, and the Terms of Use cover plans and payments.
